Sleepy Sprogs
This package is suitable for babies and toddlers from 6 months to 5 years. Trouble settling at bedtime? Regular night waking? Early waking (before 6am)? Struggling to get naps in? Sounds like this package is for you!

Sleepy Sprogs Plus
This package is for those with sleep troubles who would like to implement their plan with lots of support. You'll have access to my support for three weeks to ask as many questions as you like! This is great for parents who feel they'll need someone checking in regularly and keeping them on track.
